Почему тебе хочется жить в изоляции ?

Многие люди предпочитают активной жизни изоляцию. Проблема настолько острой становится для пожилых людей, к примеру, что на Западе даже вводят спецпрограммы по соцзащите, предполагающие работу с человеком, решившим жить дома подальше от всех. Почему мы выбираем одиночество?

Во взрослой жизни приключений становится меньше, да и друзей, таких, которые приходят за тобой позвать тебя гулять, тоже мало. Хотя, нет. Давай будем честными: их вообще практически нет. Проблема скрытой изоляции взрослого человека – это одна из проблем современного общества. Конечно, ты скажешь, что тебе неинтересно уже быть с некоторыми людьми рядом. Конечно, ты возьмешь билет и пойдешь в гордом одиночестве в театр или сядешь на самолет, чтобы улететь в другой город, там будут люди и, вроде, ты не один. Но твоя изоляция останется с тобой. Ответь себе, что ты получаешь от нее? Что она тебе компенсирует?

Недавно на консультации клиентка сказала мне, что я открыла ей глаза на мир, где каждый человека– это набор привычек. Но привычки не рождаются на пустом месте. Привычка появляется тогда, когда находит подкрепление. Иными словами, действие должно нам понравиться, чтобы повториться. Поэтому скажи: чем тебе нравится твоя изоляция от людей? Могу предположить, опираясь на анализ встреч со своими клиентами, что дело здесь в том грузе, который ты скидываешь себя, уходя от внешнего мира. Это твоя привычка? 

Самая тяжелая ноша, которую мы можем нести – это ответственность за себя и своих близких. И не нужно придумывать, что в одиночестве кто-то чувствует себя счастливым. Одинокими становятся тогда, когда не знают, что делать дальше с самим собой.

Для узника изоляции важно все-таки решить: либо отчужденность, либо постоянная работа над собой, которая будет включать развитие положительных черт характера и воспитание «темной стороны» своей личности, которая, скорее всего, не нравится окружающим.?

Почему нельзя выбирать изоляцию, ты уже понял? Но я еще добавлю: в изоляции создаются условия для полумер. Ты станешь напоминать больного, который привык к своей болезни…

Однако все мы знаем, что болезнь надо не лечить, а вылечивать.
