Администрация города Сасово присоединилась к региональному проекту по цифровизации

В среду, 15 августа, в зале заседаний администрации города Сасово прошел круглый стол для муниципальных служащих, который провела директор Электронного университета Правительства Рязанской области Олеся Липина. Темой круглого стола стала цифровизация в системе органов местного самоуправления Рязанской области.

«Открытие Электронного университета позволит подготовить кадры для качественного управления регионом: сократить расходы непроизводственного характера, например, на гостиницы и переезды, и заметно расширить направления повышения квалификации, – рассказала Олеся Липина. – Переподготовка начнется с заполнения муниципальными служащими цифрового портфолио. Благодаря этой новой форме, у муниципальных служащих появится больше возможностей для демонстрации своих способностей и достижений. Далее руководителей и специалистов администрации и управлений ожидает прохождение дистанционных курсов, разработанных специалистами и партнерами Электронного университета».

Отметим, что по инициативе губернатора региона Николая Любимова проект по цифровизации местного самоуправления Рязанской области стартует одним из первых среди регионов России.

Глава администрации города Сасово Евгения Рубцова считает, что Сасово имеет все основания войти в число цифровых лидеров региона. «Мы готовы к новым практикам в муниципальном управлении. Цифровых технологий и платформ наши специалисты и руководители не боятся: все понимают, что этого требует время, в котором мы живем. Каждый специалист заинтересован в том, чтобы оставаться конкурентоспособным», – рассказала Евгения Рубцова.

Электронный университет Правительства Рязанской области начнет работать с 1 сентября текущего года.
