Олеся Липина: Цифровое портфолио для решения проблем

             Мир четко обозначает тенденции для развития экономики сегодня, которая не будет существовать без автоматизации производства. 

            Многие не только операции, но и привычки уже перешли  в онлайн-среду. Процесс не останавливается, а только набирает обороты.  

            Для роста и успешной адаптации специалиста к стремительно меняющейся цифровой среде настал период необходимого умения понимать и определять цифровые тренды, к числу которых сейчас относится цифровое профессиональное портфолио личности. Его внедрение связано с новыми происходящими в цифровой среде алгоритмами анализа данных человека и его карьерной траектории.

Цифровое портфолио многие рассматривают только как сумму кейсов о профессиональных успехах человека. Однако продукт выступает и как агрегатор профессионального становления специалиста. Не всегда неудача работника в той или иной среде может считаться показателем его профессиональной слабости. Отсутствие достижений может демонстрировать собой и точку роста, и координату, с которой начинается смена вида деятельности, выбор более оптимального набора профессиональных компетенций, позволяющих человеку изменять уровень дохода, качество жизни, самореализовываться. Это позволяет цифровое портфолио рассматривать даже в качестве  цифрового концепта.

 

 

              Для создания цифрового портфолио потребуются новые навыки  цифровой компетенции населения. Вот лишь некоторые проблемы, которые можно решить с их помощью, если специалист начинает формировать грамотное цифровое портфолио

  1. Все, что человек публикует в интернете, так или иначе соотносится с его профессиональной деятельностью. Даже если речь идет о материалах личного характера. Научиться анализировать информацию и производить ее отбор, фиксировать в цифровых записях – это важно. Это часть цифровой компетенции специалиста.

 

  1. Для общения с пользователями по профильным вопросам миллион людей сегодня ведут блоги, делают посты в социальных сетях. И все же мало, кто имеет на руках конкретные инструкции или техники о том, как цифровые записи о себе из демонстрации деятельности превратить в процесс, который имеет конкретную структуру и направлен на то, чтобы создателя контента читали, комментировали, интересовались записями. Недостаточное умение быть интересным – это также пробелы цифровой компетенции. В данном случает цифровое портфолио имеет риск стать непривлекательным для аудитории, работодателя.

 

  1. Цифровое портфолио должно быть составлено так, чтобы не нарушались правовые законы гражданского общества.

 

  1. Сочетание визуального ряда и текста также должно осуществляться по правилам. Нас всех в школе учат работать с текстом, и не дают знаний и навыком о том, как работать с изображением и видео. В век медийности и при наличии 80 % визуалов в современным обществе подобный пробел ограничивает профессиональную реализацию человека, вызывает комплексы. Цифровая компетенция включает в себя и умения создавать визуальный ряд. Безусловно, без них цифровое портфолио нельзя считать целостным.

 

  1. Цифровое портфолио не должно превратиться в набор материала, при публикации которого нарушаются авторские права, выявляется плагиат. Умение проверять контент на принадлежность к чьей-либо интеллектуальной собственности и т.п. входит в понятие «цифровая компетенция».

            Цифровое портфолио формирует открытую личность. Потому что одно их главных свойств цифровых продуктов – это интерактивность. В этой связи многим интровертам придется меняться, чтобы показать свою уникальность.

 

           Электронный университет Правительства Рязанской области разработал для региона методику создания цифрового портфолио, которое будет возможным хранить на разных ресурсах.  Уже в июле в Рязанской области появятся первые цифровые лидеры с цифровыми портфолио. Прежде всего речь идет о муниципальных служащих муниципальных образований (Рыбновский муниципальный район, Михайловский муниципальный район), которые проходят с помощью программной платформы подготовку для осуществлениях профессиональной деятельности в условиях цифровой экономики и приобретения навыков цифровой компетенции.

У каждого специалиста с цифровым портфолио на рынке появляется большая конкурентоспособность и доступность для  взаимодействия с различного уровня работодателями.

Электронный университет  (http://www.eu62.ru) открыт для всех желающих принять участие в цифровизации региона, на платформе созданы все условия для формирования цифровых компетенций и цифрового портфолио.
