В Рязани станут готовить цифровых лидеров для местного самоуправления

В регионе на платформе  «Электронный университет Правительства Рязанской области» начинается подготовка кадров для цифровой экономики. В частности, для глав муниципальных образований разработана программа «Цифровые возможности в развитии системы местного самоуправления». В нее включены курсы, направленные на эффективное использование интернета в местном самоуправлении. Так, предлагается изучить возможности системы «Виртуальный глава муниципального образования», будут рассматриваться вопросы продвижения муниципальных проектов с использованием it-технологий, работа позволит улучшить процессы по привлечению инвестиций в регион.  Кроме того, муниципальных служащих обучат правильно формировать свой имидж в социальных сетях, организовывать интерактив с населением. Также платформа открывает курсы по мотивации, лидерству, необходимые  для формирования профессиональной компетенции управленца.

Напомним, что в марте 2018 года на форуме «Цифровая трансформация региона» губернатор поручил создать в области единую облачную систему, позволяющую обеспечить онлайн-обучение в любых  профессиональных сегментах  экономики, в частности, речь идет о таких направлениях, как образование, медицина, государственная и муниципальная служба, туризм, культура, социальная защита.

Партнерами проекта на сегодня выступают  ведущие вузы страны и  российские эксперты – практики.

Платформа  в открытом доступе начнет функционировать в новом учебном году с 1 сентября, однако уже сейчас есть возможность для тех, кто заинтересован в цифровом развитии региона, присоединиться к проекту, став  участником в качестве эксперта по представленным выше профильным направлениям, либо оставить заявку на получение статуса Цифрового Лидера региона  и  обучение, которое организует «Электронный университет Правительства Рязанской области».

Отметим, что деятельность «Электронного университета Правительства Рязанской области» координирует советник губернатора Рязанской области, заместитель председателя Совета  по развитию цифровой экономики, кандидат экономических наук Игорь Иванович Горских, развитием проекта занимается кандидат педагогических наук Олеся Игоревна Липина.
