Как все это удается Ольге Малаховой, тренеру по красоте и face fitness мы решили выяснить сами.

 –  Ольга, здравствуйте, почему Вы и инстаграм? Ведь успешные женщины не любят очень близко общаться с аудиторией…

– Площадка инстаграма – это была моя первая площадка, к тому же я считаю, что инстаграм более перспективный, он – это очень быстро развивающаяся платформа для самой презентации и реализации разных проектов. Кроме инстаграма, у меня также есть группа Вконтакте и свой собственный канал youtube , поэтому я буду работать и использовать все площадки для онлайн формата, социальные сети, а также и живые встречи – мне все важно, чтобы популяризировать именно свою деятельность.

– В инстаграме Вы даете советы о том, как держать себя в форме , правильно ухаживать за лицом и прочее. На что вы опираетесь, давая подобные советы?

– Я опираюсь, прежде всего, на знания и, конечно, на свой личный опыт.

– Как долго Вы занимаетесь исследованием красоты и ее пропагандой?

– В индустрии красоты я с 2005 года, а что касается face fitness , то в нем я как тренер с 2016 года.

– Вы часто путешествуете?

– Если говорить об отпуске , то очень редко и очень мало . Как любой россиянин, стабильно один раз в год.

 – Почему выбор всей жизни пал именно на красоту? Почему не политика? Не театр?

– Потому что мне это нравится. Я занимаюсь этой сферой всю жизнь . Эстетикой тела , красотой и здоровьем других людей: с 2005 года – салонный бизнес , с 2007 года – это велнес индустрия и , конечно, здоровый образ жизни.

– По вашему мнению, много людей прислушиваются к Вам?

– Количество людей, которые прислушиваются к моим советам можно отследить по статистике из социальных сетей, по количеству комментариев и по тому, сколько людей , кому это вообще интересно. Лично я не отслеживаю, но судя по тому, что у меня подписчиков скоро станет уже 100 тысяч, считаю, что достаточно много.

– Как часто Вы проводите тренинги и многие ли приходят на них?

– Расписание моих тренингов вы можете посмотреть на моих официальных страницах . Там найдете мой график до декабря 2017 года по России и в Европе. Есть определенный райдер , есть определенное количество людей в группе. Поэтому я выезжаю и, раз эти все тренинги не только организованы, но и осуществляются , значит народу много. Кстати, групповые тренинги идут практически каждую неделю.

– И пусть они никогда не заканчиваются!

– Да, сохранять долго молодость и здоровье – сегодня есть ресурсы для этого у всех!

    СИСТЕМА МОЛОДОСТИ ЛИЦА – это экологичный способ, потому что мы не прибегаем ни к какой химии, уколам, внешним вмешательствам.
    Мы занимаемся только восстановлением функций нашего тела, приводя его в молодое состояние и запуская процессы, обратные старению.
    Внимание, это не какая-то одна практика или комплекс упражнений из Youtube, а именно система упражнений, массажей, ухода, самонастройка и перенастройка нашего психо-эмоционального состояния, настрой, биофорез, а также понимание того, как внутри нашего тело все со всем связано.
    Если Вам 25 – надо сохранить, если Вам 50 – можно изменить. Ваша Красота в Ваших руках.
