Итак, все мы помним “Мертвые души”
 Н.В. Гоголя. Браво, если Вы не забыли фамилию главного героя – Чичикова.
 А зачем он скупал мертвые души, знаете? Точно вспомнить все детали экономики того времени непросто.
В поэме “Мертвые души” действие происходит в 1830-х годах. Чичиков за мертвых, но формально существующих на бумаге крепостных предлагает Коробочке 15 рублей (ассигнациями) за “осьмнадцать человек”, Собакавичу – 2,5 рубля, Плюшкина уламывает на 25 копеек за душу.
Мошенник Чичиков прикинул,что  ему мертвые души можно использовать в качестве залога под кредит, а, взяв кредит, его уже и не возвращать. Герой рассчитывает получить примерно по 200 р. с каждой купленной души. Это столько  банк платил за одного крепостного. В реальности, без банковского процента, 1 душа,1 актив то бишь, стоил 300 рублей (если мужик), а молодые девки шли по 100. О чем на страницах поэмы внятно говорит  Коробочка.
Но придуманная бизнес-модель у Чичикова не смогла реализоваться.
Сегодня по-прежнему можно встретить людей с желанием обогатиться
мгновенно. Но единственный путь к успеху лежит не через обман, а через постоянное обновление своих знаний.

Именно Олеся Липина рассказала нам на тренинге историю о Чичикове. Теперь мы знаем, что после освобождения крепостных крестьян  в России многие помещичьи имения развалились, так как дворянские семья теряли свой главный актив  – крепостных. Интересно,что уже к 1840 году в России стало вполне приемлемым помещикам брать кредит у государства – под 5 %. Конечно, московская и питерская знать проматывала деньги вместо того,чтобы дельно пускать в оборот. “Путаться и играть в рулетку” гораздо легче,чем работать. Спустя 30 лет экономическая власть в России постепенно перешла в руки купцов и предпринимателей. А в русской литературе уверенно с60-х годов вышла на  сцену творчество Алексея  Островского ( пьесы “Гроза”, “Бешеные деньги”, “Волки и овцы”, “Лес”). Похоже, писатели нашли в то время более успешную, чем у Чичикова бизнес- модель. Наверное все потому, что активно изучали эффективные технологии управления коммуникациями.
