Цифровая трансформация Рязанской области 2021: вопросы, направления, содержание

26 января в Рязани прошел круглый стол на тему “Региональный аспект подготовки кадров для цифровой экономики” (АНО “Цифровой регион”).

В обсуждение с министерствами и вузами региона входили вопросы   об особенностях и основных векторах развития дополнительного образования в 2021 году, а также вызовов, возникающих перед обществом при осуществлении цифровой трансформации.

Доклады были посвящены таким темам, как цифровизация и личность, расчет цифровых проектов, эмоциональное состояние человека в цифровую эпоху. И шла речь речь о компетентностной модели кадров и оптимальных формах содержания обучения. Было предложено считать приоритетными  практико-ориентированные формы подготовки.

Мероприятие обозначило старт очередному этапу реализации в Рязанской области проекта “Кадры для цифровой экономики” в новом 2021 году.

О.И. Липина, руководитель департамента реализации образовательной деятельности АНО «Цифровой регион», отметила: «Мы входим в 2021 год с дополнительной цифровой платформой “Электронного университета Правительства Рязанской области”, а также с разработанной экспертами  книгой по Big Data».

Напомним, что АНО «Цифровой регион» проведена плотная работа с IT-компаниями Рязанской области, в ходе которой создан обзорный материал о развитии IT-индустрии в регионе.
