Полина Шестакова – принцесса стоматологии

Полина Шестакова – известный врач-стоматолог  Рязани. Мы ехали с нею вместе в поезде из Екатеринбурга. Вот остановка, станция Шувакиш. Полина рассказывает, как в детстве с родителями они приезжали сюда отдыхать, купаться, загорать, ловить блестящих карасей, вспоминает густой тенистый лес, ее глаза похожи в эту минуту на солнечных зайчиков. И кажется, что света в этой стройной маленькой женщине столько, что если решить отправиться в сумерках гулять, то можно взять с собой Полину, как  фонарик. Она будет давать надежду…вот-вот через минуту с тобой обязательно случится что-то хорошее. Но попробуем зайти с другой стороны. Полина – многодетная мама, у нее пятеро сыновей и одна взрослая дочь. Думаешь: «Вот это индивидуальность! Как же можно все успевать?» Объяснить сразу трудно. Только после беседы мне стало понятно, какая основная черта характера у этой необыкновенной солнечной принцессы. Однако давайте по порядку.

 

– Полина, я знаю, что тебя пригасил один медицинский журнал стать автором рубрики о применении цифровых технологий  в стоматологии. У тебя есть опыт, невероятное количество клиентов, которые тебе доверяют, ты работаешь как в Рязани, так и в Шилове. Скажи честно, смогла бы ты выступить еще и в роли эксперта по воспитанию детей? Вести, скажем, курсы для молодых мам?

 

– Думаю, я бы не смогла вести подобные курсы. Мне, во-первых, некогда. Не считаю, во-вторых, себя идеальной мамой. Я люблю детей, одеваю, кормлю их, устраиваю им отдых, стараюсь в любом деле помочь. И у меня нет ответа на вопрос, как должны воспитывать своих детей другие родители. Наверное, чтобы считаться идеально         й мамой, с детьми надо быть рядом, делать с ними уроки. Но у меня всем этим занимаются другие люди: воспитатели, учителя, бабушки, няни. Поэтому материнских сверхспособностей в себе не вижу, и, в целом, не понимаю выражение «идеальная мама».

Мы едем на поезде дальше. Спрашиваю: «Какой тебя видят родственники, друзья?», и вдруг звонок телефона.  Это мама. И мы слышим:

– Полина импульсивная, разная, иногда очень эмоциональная, жесткая. Но доброты, сочувствия, взаимопомощи, самопожертвования в ней больше.

Полина смеется. Сама говорит, что считает себя идейной, любит создавать проблемы, а потом их решать, с одной стороны, волевая, но в то же время – с невероятным состраданием в сердце. За разговором под стук колес все больше вырисовывается образ Золушки, которая повзрослела. Есть и хрустальные башмачки, и дети, и тяжелая работа не пугает. Наша героиня знает – когда наступит время для бала, она все равно будет на нем лучшая.

 – Что важнее, семья или бизнес?

– Не могу сейчас оправдать твои ожидания, зная, что ты ждешь от меня ответа, будто я женщина, которая у окна ждет дома мужа, на столе щи, горячие пирожки. Возможно, то, что скажу, будет как обухом по голове. Просто я 25 лет считала, что семья для меня все. Но в настоящий момент мы с мужем Андреем развелись. Да, я врач-стоматолог, да, у меня 6 детей, да – я в разводе. Думаю, достаточно аргументов, чтобы честно признаться, на первое место пока ставлю дело, бизнес. Словом, свободная женщина, завидная невеста.

– Тем не менее, что такое семья, на твой взгляд?

– Семья – это единое целое, люди, которые могут положиться друг на друга, любить друг друга, уважать, быть всегда рядом, это мама, папа, дети, бабушки, дедушки, тети. Это взаимопонимание. Это как веничек из прутиков. Единый организм.

– Вокруг тебя все оживает, комната, вещи, даже цветы светятся. Без любви такая аура не создается. Интересно, что такое любовь, как ты думаешь? «Мой курносенький котенок, я хочу, чтобы ты была очень счастлива»? Или другое?

– Знаю одно. Когда ты любишь человека, тебе с ним должно быть хорошо, а без него – плохо. В любви обязательно чувствуется абсолютная правда. Да – это да. Нет – это нет. Плюс безусловное желание отдавать.

– Получается, как у Шварца, «Куда вы пойдёте, туда и я пойду, когда вы умрёте, тогда и я умру». Смотри, сейчас мы с тобой разговариваем, а за окном Свердловская область, Россия. Это твоя родина, ты здесь родилась, потом переехала в Рязань, именно туда, а не в Хогвартс мы с тобой едем. И все же, если я предложу сейчас выйти на перрон и отправиться в другую страну. Какую ты выберешь? 

– Никакую. Я останусь здесь, в России.

 

– Хотя много говорили о личном, давай не станем забывать и профессиональную сторону твоей жизни. На мой взгляд, ты замечательно выстроила свою карьеру, сформировала каркас для реализации призвания. И, конечно, важно услышать, какие технологии сегодня можно применять обычному человеку, чтобы быть с такой же красивой улыбкой, как у тебя?

– Сегодня медицина предлагает много чего хорошего. К примеру, в своей деятельности я активно применяю 3D-технологии. Без протезирования, без брекетов. Эстетический и функциональный результат очень высокий. А главное, что технологии позволяют быстро сделать оптимальную форму для зубов, врачебная ошибка исключается, диагностика весьма точна. XXI  век и цифровые возможности открыли стоматологам разнообразие вариантов для работы. Есть также  услуга по отбеливанию зубов, и о какой-либо корректировке не надо будет вспоминать еще долго. Есть ламинирование, очень перспективная процедура, тесно связана тоже с красотою.

 

– Быть «материалом» в твоих руках вовсе не страшно. В начале нашего разговора мы назвали много качеств твоего характера. Но мне сегодня показалось, что ты крайне ответственный человек. И пока ты в состоянии, когда у тебя получается взять на себя за всех людей проблемы, но твои – еще никто решал.  Поэтому я желаю тебе найти в себе силы и отдать часть своих дел тому человеку, который отважится быть в ответе за Полину Шестакову. Спасибо за разговор.
