Цифровое портфолио как вид документа: первые отзывы.

На платформе «Электронный университет Правительства Рязанской области» сегодня заполняют цифровое портфолио 197 человек – это пользователи, которые являются муниципальными служащими. Именно с создания данного вида документа начинается  подготовка кадров к  развитию цифровой экономики страны.

В современном мире цифровые технологии проникают не только в межличностные взаимоотношения, но и в карьерную траекторию человека. Для того чтобы оставаться конкурентоспособным, необходимо обладать рядом профессиональных компетенций. В настоящий период актуальность приобретает умение фиксировать свои достижения трудовой деятельности,  промежуточные результаты работы, обозначать цели и задачи на ближайшую и долгосрочную перспективу дел.  Специалист, соответствующий запросам цифровой экономики, должен быстро ориентироваться в цифровых обстоятельствах своей должности.  Безусловно, этому способствует  как развитый уровень коммуникативной компетенции, так цифровой. Особая роль здесь принадлежит такому инструменту цифровой коммуникации, как  ЦИФРОВОЕ ПОРТФОЛИО.

 

Для создания цифрового портфолио требуются новые навыки, но данный факт вовсе не означает, что есть повод полностью  выходить из функциональных ролей муниципальных служащих.

Ольга Александровна Финякина, первый заместитель главы администрации муниципального образования Пронского района по экономическому развитию предоставила свой отзыв о том, как формируется наполнение цифрового на платформе «Электронного университета Правительства Рязанской области» (www.eu62.ru).

«Во-первых, отметим, что с созданием некоторых разделов цифрового портфолио – истории получения образования, истории трудоустройства, наличия сертификатов и наград – у руководителей и сотрудников органов местного самоуправления Пронского района трудностей не возникло. Связано это с тем, что процедура заполнения резюме уже знакома пользователям. Заполнение стандартных форм не вызывает вопросов и затруднений. Все сотрудники смогли самостоятельно включиться в разделы структуры портфолио.
Трудности возникли при заполнении файлов, где требуются создание медийных типов содержания портфолио: видероликов, фотографий. С дополнительным анализом и проработкой связан процесс написания целей.  Легко создается тот контент, к которому специалист уже привык, сотрудник чувствует при его передаче себя весьма комфортно. Выбор медийных материалов для портфолио  напоминает процесс освоения нового языка, и мы поняли, что в данном типе контента много возможностей для нас.
Однако барьеры, связанные с медиа вовсе не парализовали работу по наполнению инструмента фиксации трудовой деятельности. Ведь главное – это определиться с типом материала, которым ты владеешь и можешь с его помощью быстро ввести в курс адресатов, знакомя их с персональным цифровым портфолио. Кстати, новый документ может иметь как внешний, так и внутренний доступ.
Работа над портфолио очень трудоемкая, невозможна без освоения новых знаний и формирования открытой личности. Для преодоления этих барьеров потребуется время. Многим придется меняться и выходить из своей привычного представления о профессиональной деятельности. Но в будущем ЦИФРОВОЙ ДОКУМЕНТ поможет экономить время, ускорять процесс общения, у каждого появляется площадка показать свои наработки и достижения, высветить развитые способности и компетенции, продемонстрировать этапы становления личности в профессиональном плане. Многогранность человека , думаю, как в зеркале, будет отражена в цифровом портфолио».
