Цифровизация : электронный паспорт может появиться в России

Российское правительство планирует начать постепенно переводить россиян с бумажных паспортов на электронные, сообщает газета “Ведомости” со ссылкой на пресс-службу правительства.

Отмечается, что в электронном паспорте будет объединено несколько документов, таких как СНИЛС, водительские права и другие личные данные. Кроме того, будет создан единый реестр данных всех жителей страны.

Новый паспорт поэтапно даст каждому россиянину доступ ко всем госреестрам и госуслугам, а запись об оказании этих услуг будет также фиксироваться в электронном виде.

Предполагается, что электронный паспорт будет сделан в виде пластиковой карточки с электронным чипом.

Стоимость реформы оценивается в 114,5 миллиардов рублей до 2024 года. Правительство планирует возместить затраты на ее проведение за счет госпошлины на получение нового вида паспорта.
