Почему важно уметь прощать?

Главная трудность жизни человека на Земле состоит в том, чтобы сохранить НАДЕЖДУ. Неслучайно              в римской цивилизации говорили:  «Люди забывают многих богов, но Надежду помнят всегда». Вылетевшая из ящика Пандоры, НАДЕЖДА  следует по пятам    за невыносимыми страданиями.

Мы все надеемся на лучшее. Но иногда все равно память цепляется за обиды из прошлого.                                     В таком случае человек начинает признавать, что расстаться с прошлым ему очень сложно. Вы наверняка замечали, что всякий раз, когда мы начинаем пускать в свою жизнь нового человека, то наше первое желание – это  поделиться с новым знакомым своим прошлым. Мы этого хотим тогда, когда для нас важно  рассказать о себе настоящем.  Вы согласны? Набор привычек из прошлого  – это «инструкция» о нас для тех, кто только начинает нас понимать.

Вот почему мы дорожим прошлым. Наше прежнее «я» гарантирует  нам хоть какую-то стабильность,               с другой – наше прошлое может и поставит  нам барьеры для дальнейшего  развития. Большинство людей  в зрелом возрасте склонны ориентироваться ТОЛЬКО на жизнь в ПРОШЛОМ…Вот почему          для них важны воспоминания. Чем старше, тем труднее меняться человеку. И речь не идет вовсе   о необходимости каждого отказаться от своей истории далеких лет. Нет. Но мир постоянно меняется   и надо встречать в любом возрасте будущее более подготовленным и сформированным. Ведь живя прошлым, можно еще  и потерять настоящее. Как этого не допустить?

Чтобы все прошло безболезненно,  лучше  пользоваться правилом «ЗОЛОТОЙ СЕРЕДИНЫ ПРОШЛОГО». Его смысл – чувствовать меру при погружении в прошлое, отпускать и прощать прошлое с чувством меры.  ПРОЩАТЬ тоже надо уметь.

 ПРОСТИТЬ свое прошлое  – это одна из главных задач, с которой человеку важно справиться, если                   на душе тяжело. Простить прошлое  – значит поступить как эмоционально зрелая личность. Простить – это сказать другому, что ты сам  готов к изменениям. Говоря «прости меня», мы не только сбрасываем с себя груз обид, грехов, но и по умолчанию подтверждаем свою личную готовность меняться ради новой жизни. Простить – значит быть способным к изменениям. Простить – значит понять и принять решение, простить – значит взять ответственность на себя за жизнь в настоящем и будущем, простить –  найти противоядие чувству беспомощности и тревоги.

В индийской цивилизации считается, что человек не может измениться, поэтому там и существует кастовая система.  Христианская цивилизация предлагает личности приносить себя в жертву, отказавшись  от реализации инстинктов власти и наслаждения, формировать в себе нравственное поведение, основанное на выполнении заповедей, что и рассматривается тоже как своеобразная «жертва». Но эта жертва необходима человеку, она осуществляется ради связи человека   с коллективным опытом, на основе которого человек  соединяет в своей психической жизни противоположные вещи. Если человеку удается выстроить отношения с миром, связать между собой Добро и Зло, то  происходит приближение к Богу,  для которого мы и жертвуем, выбирая нравственный образ жизни, ощущение же Бога может дать только  сотворение дел во Благо.  Иными словами, хочешь приблизиться к Богу, найти в себе человеческое (без религии не может быть человека, так как человек всегда существо сознательное, и религия требует нравственных поступков, способных совершаться нами только на основе сознания), выбери хорошее. Бывает, что выбрать хорошее возможно только после сравнения его с плохим. То есть через опыт грешной жизни. И когда уже приходит осознание потери себя, тогда человек и просит прощение. Об этом красноречиво рассказывает нам «Притча о блудом сыне». Младший сын понимает, что его прошлая грешная жизнь его самого не устраивает, нужно подготовиться к другой жизни в будущем, для этого необходимо измениться, и сын возвращается к отцу, у которого просит прощение.  И в этом поступке многое: смелость признать свои ошибки, желание жить, осознание необходимости меняться, желание духовно расти, развиваться нравственным путем, потому что другой путь дал отрицательный результат. И ключевым действием   в личностной трансформации блудного сына является просьба его простить.

Сегодня мы просим прощение. Ошибки допускают все, совершают их по разным причинам, чаще из-за личностной незрелости. И большая мудрость таится в православной традиции Прощеного воскресения: перед Великим постом дать возможность человеку открывать в себе новые ресурсы, начать                        с  прощения – готовности к переменам. Поэтому вы меня простите, сама я зла ни на кого не держу.
