ОЛЕСЯ ЛИПИНА : ДЕТЕЙ И УЧИТЕЛЕЙ СТАРОЖИЛОВСКОГО РАЙОНА НАДО УЧИТЬ ОБЩАТЬСЯ

Эту статью начну со слов благодарности моим ученикам. Именно они личным выбором профессионального пути дают своему учителю силы   не отказываться от педагогической деятельности, идти дальше, продолжать отдавать свое сердце людям. Вспоминаю моих воспитанников, которые теперь работают и учатся в разных уголках России. Кто-то  из них станет военным хирургом,  есть среди представителей молодого поколения уже и те, кто стали режиссерами, композиторами. Нетрудно сделать вывод: их учителю остается  только развиваться и соответствовать высокому предназначению – жить  и работать  с пользой для общества.

 

Как известно, в 2017 году наша страна праздновала 72-ую годовщину Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941 – 1945 годов.  Мероприятия  торжественно проводились и в Старожиловском районе Рязанской области.  К организации были привлечены многие районные ведомства: управление образования и молодежной политики, управление культуры,  отдел военного комиссариата, администрации поселений. Нетрудно не заметить, что   и в настоящий момент, когда приезжаешь в старожиловское село или деревню, встречаешь ухоженные военные памятники. Нам есть, с чем сравнить. К примеру, в Болоньском сельском поселении в деревне Тюково мемориал не в полном порядке – на прилегающей территории находится мусор, вокруг бутылки и окурки. В поселениях Старожиловского района такого нет. Это оставляет приятное впечатление. Тем более в наше время вопрос сохранения памяти о подвиге предков крайне острый, потому что тесно связан с воспитанием молодежи. В век информационных технологий    у подрастающего поколения соблазнов сменить ориентиры на праздную жизнь много. Мы ежедневно  боремся за нравственность нашей молодежи, поскольку пропаганда западных ценностей становится сильнее. Как ей противостоять нами обсуждалось на круглом столе со студентами Рязани и Москвы .Выражаю большую надежду, что и сельская молодежь, воспитанная на любви к труду               и к родной земле, не поддасться  никогда соблазнам иллюзии легкой жизни.

Сегодня со стороны государства делаются  значительные грамотные шаги для формирования                           у подрастающего поколения чувства ответственности перед страной и патриотизма. Так, повсеместно, в том числе и в Рязанской области, идет реализации юнармейского движения. Считаю, что в селах Старожиловского района необходимо активнее  формировать  местные отряды Всероссийского детско-юношеского военно-патриотического общественного движения “ЮНАРМИЯ”. Образовательные учреждения, музеи, библиотеки, учреждения дополнительного образования могут быть использованы в качестве базы для организации подготовки юнармейцев. Моя задача способствовать предложению. Хочется, чтобы, как можно больше девчонок и мальчишек Старожиловского района выезжали летом в военно-патриотический лагерь «Юный десантник», расположенный    в учебном центре «Сельцы». Сельские дети не должны быть забыты. Они тоже имеют право гордиться своей страной, формировать в себе навыки действовать в коллективе. Уверена, развитие  движения «ЮНАРМИЯ»    в селах Старожиловского района Рязанской области станет еще одним положительно и важным элементом в системе создания его  имиджа  перспективного муниципального образования .

Случай, который произошел 28 сентября 2017 года  в школе с.Истье Старожиловского района, когда учитель в сердцах ударила хамящего ей ученика, – это демонстрация того, насколько велик стал сегодня в обществе градус раздражения. Педагоги не владеют техникой бесконфликтного поведения, а подростки – выбирают манеру безуважительного общения.

Образование имеет непрерывный характер, поэтому учиться всегда необходимо новому, чтобы совершенствоваться профессионально, важно признавать свои ошибки, развиваться и жить цивилизованно. Пока представители образовательного учреждения села Истья нам этого не показали.

Олеся Липина рассказывает:

«После окончания учебы на филфаке в   Рязанском педагогическом университете им. С.А. Есенина (2002 год) мне удалось в 2006 году  там же  успешно завершить очную аспиранту, далее  – защитила диссертацию  по формированию ценностных ориентаций современной молодежи.   В регионе за данное научное исследование меня наградили премией академика И.И. Срезневского,  стала лауреатом,  потом много лет работала доцентом на кафедре политологии в рязанском радиоуниверситете, вела лекции, семинары, наряду с эти реализовывала ряд социальных проектов, в том числе, и федерального уровня,          за которые  была отмечена наградами     и благодарственными письмами. Сегодня работаю  Институте мировых цивилизаций (учредитель В.В. Жириновский) заведующим кафедрой международных отношений  и мировой политики, являюсь кандидатом педагогических наук, веду курсы и тренинги для руководителей госучреждений, бизнесменов.
